Wm Adams Co "Congressional Library Washington" Flow Blue Plate-Made in England.  Wm Adams & Co made the plate for George H Bowman Co Circa 1879-1900's.  This is a very rare item.  There are no chips or cracks, but a little browning and crazing. The plate is 10". Some wear on the edging of the blue around the rim.  Overall for age, it is in very nice condition.  Please see attached pictures.
