Vintage/Antique Silver Nail File Case Only, Engraved: Paris, France

Description

When closed, the case is about 55mm long. It is in good vintage condition, opens and closes fine and stays closed. There is no file inside, this is just a case. It has hallmarks of boar's head. The hallmarks were used in Paris, France in 1838-1962 for small items made of silver 800/1000. There is also a maker's mark: an anchor and letters G L. I cannot identify the maker, which would make determining the item's age easy. The case is engraved, you can see the engraving on one of the photos.
