Welcome. Up for sale is a Stunning Antique English Royalty Sterling Silver Vanity Set. All the brushes and mirror are in great condition. The comb has a single small tooth missing. The top latch is not attached, but it is with the set and can easily be screwed back on. The sterling fits over and held together with a screw. One of the sterling covers is lose. Each piece is marked and has a Royal monogram, unable to determine what monarchy. Done by William M. Traies in 1894 for Clarks, 20 Old Bond Street. The brushes have their original leather covers. The smaller brushes measure approx. 7 1/8" in L. by 1 1/2" in W. 9 1/4" in L. by 2 7/8" in W. at the widest. The comb measures approx. 8 1/16" in L. by 2 7/16" in W. The mirror measures approx. 8 1/8" in L. by 6" in W. The case itself measures approx. 3 1/2" in H. by 14 5/8" in W. by 8 3/4" in Depth. Estimated total silver weight is about 37.9 oz.
