    This is a High Quality 3D Print. We use PLA Plastics that are made in the USA to create your model.

    This set includes (1) Z Scale 1:220  Quonset Building:
    31mm long, 27mm wide and 10.5 mm tall.
    The last 3 pictures show the Quonset in both Z and N scale with trains and track for reference.
    Quonset Color is Metallic Silver to simulate galvanized steel without requiring paint. The models will have printing lines and patterns as with all 3D printed items. If you wish to hide this you can paint the model to easily hide the lines. Please see pictures of unpainted models. We print all of our models in high resolution.

    About the Quonset Hut....
    A Quonset hut is a lightweight prefabricated structure of corrugated galvanized steel having a semicircular cross-section. The design was developed in the United States, based on the Nissen hut introduced by the British during World War I. Hundreds of thousands were produced during World War II and military surplus was sold to the public. The name comes from the site of their first manufacture at Quonset Point at the Davisville Naval Construction Battalion Center in Davisville, Rhode Island.
    This will certainly make a nice addition to some ones layout or diorama.
