NAVAJO Artist Robert Chee Signed Silk Screen Print Framed Matted Circa 1960's-Frame is 8 x 10, Print is approx. 8" x 7". I put the print in a frame when I found the matte and print together without a frame.
RARE Silk-Screened PRINT FROM ROBERT CHEE. HAVE NOT SEEN THIS PARTICULAR PRINT ANYWHERE ELSE. WAS FOUND AT LATE MOTHER'S ESTATE HIDDEN IN TRUNK. IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. The signature "CHEE" is in the pictures above. The matting slightly covers the "C". A silk-screened print is an entirely hand made product.
The respected Navajo Painter Robert Chee was born in St. Michaels, Arizona in 1937 and died at only 34 years old, in 1971.
