Description
1862 “Table & Flower Pot” Flow Blue Polychrome Dinner Plate. This particular Plate is not marked, but the Oriental Pattern has been identified as having been made by G.L. Ashworth, Staffordshire, England – c. 1862.And this is the Pattern Name was given by FBICC (Flow Blue International Collectors Club) in its database since no actual imprinted name by its potter has yet to be found.
It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. There are a few scattered knife marks on the front which are not readily noticeable unless looking closely. Also a glaze run which occurred when made and not noticeable unless turn sideways or upside down. Measures 9 ½” in diameter.
