    This is a new leather (front & back) horse collar  and the size is an adjustable 24/26".  The cap on the top buckles on each side and can be moved up and down 3 different sizes.    This collar is a half-sweeney shape and a good size for the average draft horse neck.   S & H .00 (domestic delivery by UPS) with insurance optional.  Be sure to check out our store and other auctions for more interesting items.
