Belzer Kabel #2801 Cable Cutters Made In Germany Marked Vanadium Extra

A second hand pair of Belzer Kabel cable cutters, model number is 2801, they were made in Germany. One side of the handles has the maker's name and the other reads Vanadium Extra. Next to the Germany on the inside of the handles on them is DGMa. Also on the inside of the handles is a P on both sides. Husband says they need to be sharpened. They measure 9 inches long. They have many dents, dings, scratches, and are very dirty. If you have any questions please ask.
